Services

Payment

Payments for services rendered by 2perjans shall be made as per the terms specified in the Service Agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use the final website design and code for their business.

Liability

2perjans will perform services with skill and care. However, we cannot guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement under the conditions specified in the Service Agreement.

Governing Law
