Noon - Nudging employees towards better mental health, through Slack.
Noon set out to change the way companies deal with the mental health issues of employees. It is an issue that higher executives find hard to discuss, nonetheless, one that can have immense impacts on an organization's bottom line performance. Therefore, Noon's communication design had to stand out while maintaining professionalism.
The graphics are bold, and the illustration style is flat and jarring. It grabs attention without crossing the line into childish or immature. The goal was to create modern imagery that tackles a contemporary topic, one that is becoming more and more relevant in the media and is top of mind for younger employees.

At its core Noon builds upon cutting-edge scientific research in the mental health field. To communicate their claim of expertise, the Noon team relies heavily on numbers. This is why I put a lot of thought into creating a wide variety of data visualization templates.
As these graphics are most often shared on social media and in articles, they had to make the viewer pause a mindless scroll. And more importantly, our goal was to create a visual style so distinct that it would become instantly recognizable at a glance.
